Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed password. If you use features like wishlisting or back-in-stock alerts, we store the shoes and sizes you select. If you submit a report or stock alert without an account, we store only the email address you provide.

How we use it

• To keep you signed in and show your wishlist across sessions
• To send back-in-stock email alerts you have explicitly requested
• To follow up on problem reports if you provide a contact email

We do not send marketing emails, sell data to third parties, or use your information for advertising.

Third-party services

• Supabase — stores your account data and wishlist. Hosted in the US.
• Resend — used to send transactional emails (stock alerts). Your email address is passed to Resend solely for delivery.
• Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless pageview analytics. No cookies, no persistent identifiers, no personal data. Aggregates pageviews, referrers, and country for the site as a whole.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in when you have an account. We don't use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site identifiers.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@shoesforthedolls.com. We will confirm deletion within 7 days.
